Quotes & Enquiries

Submitting a contact or quote form, or calling or emailing Clearway Solutions, does not create a binding agreement for work. A job is only confirmed once you and Clearway Solutions agree on scope and price, typically following a site visit or a written quote.

Asbestos & Regulated Work

Where a job involves asbestos or other regulated materials, work is carried out in accordance with applicable Victorian regulations and licensing requirements at the time the work is performed.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clearway Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
